Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen operations. This role involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about great food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen management and operations
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during prep and service
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus


Pay is based on experience.
