Executive Chef - Up to $140,000 - Teton Village, WY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to lead the culinary team for our client, a premium resort known for, upscale amenities and year-round outdoor adventure. The executive chef will oversee all culinary operations and ensure the department teams is delivering high quality cuisine, presentation and service!

Requirements:

• Proven experience in culinary management; formal culinary training required.
• Experience within a hotel/resort environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing kitchen teams.
• Skilled in menu development, inventory, and food safety.
• Experience managing budgets, food costs, and labor.
• Proficient in POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
