We are seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Whether you are new to cooking or have some experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with preparing ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces). • Follow instructions from the head chef and kitchen manager to prepare and cook menu items. • Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented according to restaurant standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. • Operate kitchen appliances safely and efficiently, under supervision. • Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen before and after shifts. • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist in post-service cleaning and prepare for the next shift. Organize and rotate product and storage areas.
