We are thrilled to have opened our newest location in Exchange Glenwood Place and are seeking skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented Sauté Cooks to join our team. What You'll Do:
  • Master the sauté station, ensuring dishes are cooked to perfection with proper techniques.
  • Execute high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, preparing sauces, proteins, and composed dishes.
  • Follow all recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards for a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team, working in sync with expeditors and fellow cooks.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold our commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working a sauté station in a full-service, chef-driven restaurant.
  • Strong knife skills, cooking techniques, and ability to work cleanly and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced service while maintaining composure.
  • A passion for food, a strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and refine your craft.

  • Proven experience as a sauté cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Knowledge of sauté techniques and the ability to handle various ingredients effectively.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including sauté pans, induction burners, and other tools.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy pots and pans.


Education and Training:

  • Experience through on-the-job training and apprenticeships in professional kitchen required
  • A formal culinary education or relevant culinary certificate preferred.
