Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: High School diploma or equivalent 1-year line cook experience. Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), with some walking. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50lbs. Ability to speak, hear and see close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to use hands and fingers in grasping, pinching, chopping, pulling, and lifting motions associated with preparing and cooking products using knives, utensils, and cookware.
