Job Duties/Responsibilities: Uses dish machine and dish chemicals appropriately. Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment and areas including carts, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and floors. Performs special cleaning duties as assigned by the nutritional services director/ supervisor. Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
