Departmental Objective:To provide the CNU community and the general public exceptional quality food and beverage service on and off campus. Ranging from intimate small events to large scale galas, fine dining to picnics, we do it all. Support the management team in the Catering and Dining Departments and assist all Auxiliary Service departments as needed to carry out the university's mission.
Purpose of the Position:This position will dispense alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for concessions stations and banquet bars at the Ferguson Center for the Arts, as well as banquet bars in the David Student Union. It will also work closely with the Catering management team to ensure all entertainers, staff members, and patrons are provided with timely beverage and meal service.
