What Youll Do:

• Prepare menu items following Applebees recipes, plate presentations, and quality standards
• Complete prep work and set up your cook station for a smooth shift
• Keep food quality, presentation, and cook times on point
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Work with your team to make every guest experience great

What Were Looking For:

• 18+ years old
• Experience as a cook, line cook, grill cook, fry cook, or in another BOH restaurant role is a plus (but not required well train the right person!)
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and work in a fast-moving kitchen
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility and stamina for shifts up to 6 hours
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport kitchen supplies and equipment
• Comfort using kitchen tools, knives, and prep equipment
