- Greet customers politely
- Efficiently and accurately take customers' orders and ring up on POS system, receive and process payments via cash or card
- Address customer's questions and concerns, resolve any customer complaints
- Assemble orders correctly to meet quality standards and hygiene requirements
- Serve food to the customer from the counter
- Count money in the cash drawer at start and end of each shift
- Operate equipment to prepare beverages such as fountain drinks and coffee
- Prepare or assist in preparation of food orders such as popcorn
- Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments as needed
- Cleaning and washing food service areas, work areas and floors
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- 18 years or older

- Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
