Dairy Queen is looking for a talented General Manager to oversee and manage all areas of a single unit QSR restaurant. We are looking for a top performer who is results driven and people oriented - someone who is currently a salaried General Manager leading a high-volume QSR restaurant. Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for hiring and training employees, updating the menu, ordering supplies and ingredients, budgeting expenses and managing customer care. The primary role of the Assistant General Manager is to support management in leading the business as a profitable, premier food, beverage, and entertainment establishment. Service, Quality & Family is the cornerstone of the business. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supervising the kitchen, bar, server, and support staff of the business. The position is a full-time role and required to work on site. The position requires a high level of reliability, competence, commitment, and business acumen. While some flexibility in working hours is anticipated, the AGM is generally expected to be on site during business hours, typically 11:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday through Sunday.
