Job Functions: This position is responsible for preparing well-balanced meals for all clients while maintaining sanitation, cost control and organizational needs of the kitchen. Essential Responsibilities: Cook and serve well-balanced meals at proper temperatures. Supervise prepping and cooking in the kitchen. Train and mentor clients and volunteers to work in the kitchen. Follow all food safety guidelines of our local health department. Keep serving line well stocked during serving times.
