Job Description:
The Omotenashi Manager is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and leading the team at our Torrance location. This role ensures efficient service, maintains operational standards and creates a welcoming guest experience.
This position requires strong leadership skills, operational awareness and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution
Lead, coach and mentor supervisors and team members
Coordinate staff scheduling and shift management
Maintain high standards for food quality, safety and cleanliness
Monitor POS systems, sales performance and reporting
Ensure efficient service during high-volume periods
Deliver guest-focused hospitality aligned with the principles of omotenashi
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Experience in fast-casual, caf or hospitality environments preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant reporting tools
Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
