(Farm Road ) - West Dover, VT Full-Time Flexible scheduling across lunch, dinner, brunch, evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks-ski season ramps up hours!) About Farm Road & Our Restaurants - Nestled on 40 acres in the heart of Southern Vermont's Green Mountains at the historic Farm Road Estate (7 Crosstown Rd, West Dover), we operate two distinct yet connected dining experiences: Sawmill Bar & Table: An elevated farm-to-table destination led by our Executive Chef , featuring seasonally driven American cuisine with local ingredients (many from nearby farms and our property). We serve breakfast, Sunday brunch, and dinner Tuesday-Sunday in a cozy, refined setting. Red Door Burger Co.: A fun, casual smash-burger spot on the first floor, slinging juicy grilled-to-perfection burgers, creative weekly specials, comfort food, cold drinks, and takeout in a family-friendly, speakeasy-vibe atmosphere. Open Thursday-Tuesday (noon-8pm-ish). Both kitchens share a passionate, chef-driven team, high-quality ingredients, and a supportive environment where you can cross-train and contribute to exciting menus year-round. Position Overview - We're hiring talented Sous Chefs to join our collaborative kitchen team! Work across one or both concepts-execute refined seasonal dishes at Sawmill or high-energy smash burgers and specials at Red Door. This is a dynamic role in fast-paced service with opportunities to grow, innovate, and learn in a beautiful Vermont setting.
