Trails Grill & Sports Bar is looking for a talented Line Cook (Part Time to Full Time) to join our family-run business in Big Lake, Minnesota. With over 20 years in business, we offer a welcoming work environment and an employee meal program to keep you fueled throughout your shift. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure proper plate presentation for all dishes Utilize various cooking techniques such as pasta, salads, scratch cooking, steaks, seafood, saut ing, and more Maintain food quality and portion control throughout the cooking process Create soups, sauces, daily specials and other culinary delights Required Skills: Experience with a wide variety of menu dishes and food preparation Strong knife skills and experience with meat slicers Knowledge of sauce making and soup making Passion for maintaining high food quality standards Nice to Have Skills: Experience with dietary restrictions and special diets Knowledge of kitchen procedures and inventory control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Safe Serv Certification Salary and Benefits: Hourly $18 - $23 Employee meal program Family working environment Company Information: Trails Grill & Sports Bar is a local sports bar in Big Lake, Minnesota, offering a wide selection of beers, a full menu, multiple large-screen TVs for sports viewing, and regular events such as bingo and horse racing.
