LBS is a Bartending School providing Certification in the online and in-person. This was organized to help teach people of all levels the principles of bartending. Providing entertaining experience to Guests Following recipe standards efficiently Following food safety guidelines Maintaining a safe working environment KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Must know basic kitchen procedures and methods of food preparation. One year of short order or fast food restaurant cooking experience preferred. Ability to understand and follow simple written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform simple math calculations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out one or multiple step instructions. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
