We always want those doughnuts hot and readyYou'll engage with our customers to help them select doughnuts, operate our point-of-sale system, drive through, and make beverages for them.You'll make sure the uniforms are clean and tidy, and that the shop is always clean too. You'll help plan the scheduling and work shifts for the team, and you'll be a leader and a team player. There might be times you have to handle customer complaints or other issues that may arise. Represent Krispy Kreme as a company to the best of your ability by making our guests feel welcomed and at home in our shops. Express why our sweet treats are so special You're also the go-to person for assuring shop safety- locking doors when closing, handling cash and security.On the moveGet ready to get moving This isn't the role for someone who wants to sit all day. You'll be packing doughnuts (gently), sweeping, mopping, engaging with our guests and fellow Krispy Kremers, and helping in all aspects of the shop. You might need to lift boxes of ingredients for our sweet treats- usually around 25 pounds but sometimes up to 75 pounds. You'll also help delivery trucks load or unload when needed. Keep in mind our shop is a dynamic environment, it might be warm and a bit noisy by our equipment or chilly on a loading dock.What you should haveYou are 18 years of age or older, you're flexible to work any day of the week, and you're reliable. You have great organizational skills, and enjoy communicating and leading others. You preferably have a high school diploma or GED.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented District Manager to lead operations across 10-15 convenience store locations within a designated region. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational consistency, building and developing strong teams, and elevating the customer experience across the district. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to build strong bench strength and reduce turnover. Customer Experience Champion a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional service at every location. Reinforce high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation. Compliance & Communication Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with corporate teams and senior leadership to align district goals with broader company initiatives. Serve as a key liaison between store operations and the executive team. Flexibility & Travel Be available to support store needs, including on nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Must be able to travel frequently (75%+), including occasional air travel and overnight stays. Who We're Looking For: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience, preferably in convenience, retail, or foodservice. Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams across multiple locations. Strong business and financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel extensively and be on-call for urgent operational needs.
