Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees. Familiarity with a variety of kitchen equipment and its maintenance. Strong culinary knowledge and love of food. Ability to handle multiple tasks Leadership and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Financial understanding of sales, costs of sales and labor. A willingness to run occasional front of house shifts is a plus.
