The ideal Executive Sous Chef will have a diverse culinary background featuring eclectic worldwide dishes with Indian/Asian influence as a base.
The new unit opening will receive an abundance of local press and publicity, both the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef will have high visibility in this opening role.
