OP Beach Club Bartender

We're hiring experienced bartenders who can handle high volume, bring great energy, and deliver top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced, beachside environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine quickly and accurately
• Engage guests with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Work closely with the team to keep service smooth during peak hours
• Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Bartending experience required (high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and move with urgency
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Reliable and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
