Requirements
21 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working in restaurant/hotel setting (specific to bar)

Key Responsibilities
Selling and serving food and beverages to guest at the bar
Mix beverages in a fast paced work environment
Be accountable for bar cash drawer and paperwork at the end of shift
Communicate wine, liquor, and beer knowledge based on guests preferences/requests
Greet guests warmly, making eye contact
Provide guests with a premier dining experience
Successfully work as a team player
Be accountable of bar by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
Build a loyal guest base following
Physical requirements
Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours or more)
